City of Panama recently issued the following announcement.
A Precautionary Boil Water Notice has been issued for homes on N. Cove Blvd. between E. 2nd Pl. and E. 2nd St.
A loss of water pressure was experienced in the area when the City’s Utilities Team made repairs to a water line.
The precautionary boil water notice will remain in effect until a bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink. The City will test the water daily and notify residents when it is safe to drink.
