Wreaths Across America Bay County Florida 2022

Each year on National Wreaths Across America Day, millions of men, women and children gather worldwide to REMEMBER & HONOR those veterans who have passed and to TEACH the younger generations about our freedoms and those who protect it.

This year, National Wreath Across America Day will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2022. Registration will begin at each cemetery at 8:30 AM. The event ceremony will start at 9:00 A.M– with placement of wreaths following ceremony at the following Bay County cemeteries:

Mt Hope Cemetery – Hwy 389 Lynn Haven

Kent Forest Cemetery- 23rd Street Panama City

Millville Cemetery – 3rd Street Panama City

Oakland Cemetery – Corner Balboa and 11th Street West

TAFB Marywood Cemetery and Main gate TAFB Panama City

Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery – 3733 Hwy 231 Panama City- sponsored by the Rotary Club of the Emerald Coast

And at 2:00 P.M. ceremony at:

West Bay Cemetery – Panama City Beach – sponsored by American Legion Post 402

Placement of the Ceremonial Wreaths Only at Panama City Garden Club War Memorial

This event is free and open to everyone of all ages, so please participate.

HELP US REMEMBER AND HONOR THESE MEN AND WOMEN WHO SERVED TO PROTECT OUR WAY OF LIFE.

With the help of hundreds of volunteers and sponsors, we are able to place wreaths this year on over 2000 veterans’ graves in the Bay County Area. We would like to thank those who help and contribute to our cause. Thanks again to all the veteran’s groups, businesses, church groups, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, active-duty military and everyone else who continues to help us in our mission.
