Dr. Neal Dunn, a U.S. Congressman representing Florida's 2nd district, has recently shared several updates on his social media regarding issues of public concern. Dr. Dunn, who has been serving in Congress since 2017 after replacing Gwen Graham, addressed topics ranging from healthcare system staffing to environmental concerns and health policy discussions.

On March 24, 2025, Dr. Dunn posted about inquiries his office received concerning staff reductions at the Department of Veterans Affairs. He stated that he had met with the Director of the North Florida/South Georgia VA Healthcare System and reported that "only 20 of their 6,600 employees (or 0.3%)" were affected by these cuts.

The following day, March 25, Dr. Dunn expressed concern over reports of dolphin deaths at Gulf World via social media. He remarked that "this news is disturbing" and affirmed his readiness to ensure federal officials address the situation adequately.

Later on March 25, Dr. Dunn tweeted about a meeting with Congressional health leaders and Secretary Kennedy at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). He noted they are working collaboratively with the administration to "#MakeAmericaHealthyAgain."
