Miss Florida | Lindsay Bettis
Miss Florida, Lindsay Bettis, will visit Panama City on Friday, September 23rd. She will be visiting as the emcee for the Best of Bay Community Choice Awards. While she is in Panama City, she will tour Gulf Coast State College.
The Miss Florida Scholarship Program has a relationship with Florida colleges to provide in-kind scholarships of full tuition to the winner of both Miss Florida and Miss Florida’s Outstanding Teen. The Miss America Organization is the largest provider of scholarships to young women in our country. Gulf Coast is instrumental in continuing the mission of providing educational opportunities to young women.
“As someone who has funded the entirety of their higher education on scholarships, we are so grateful to Gulf Coast State College for awarding in-kind scholarships to the Miss Florida Scholarship Program, to allow young women across the state of Florida the opportunity to reach their educational goals,” says Lindsay.
