Of the 4,271 people living in Laguna Beach in 2020, 48 percent (2,050) were women and 52 percent (2,221) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Panama City Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 83. In the 65 and over age range, there were 586 females and 726 males.
