City of Panama City Beach: Submit service requests online or through app

10526

City of Panama City Beach issued the following announcement on November 19.

Welcome to the City's new SeeClickFix app designed to submit and follow requests within the community.

Use the SeeClickFix app to request assistance with City services or report non-emergency issues such as potholes, water line breaks, water quality issues, abandoned vehicles, traffic signal/sign problems, code violations, and more.

The City will acknowledge newly submitted issues and forward them to the appropriate City departments to take care of the requests. You will receive email updates and can come back to the SeeClickFix website to check the status of submitted issues. Separate issues should be submitted as separate SeeClickFix reports. You can also download mobile versions of the app for iOS and Android devices.

When putting in a service request, please make sure the address you are providing is the location of the issue being reported.

Law enforcement issues such as illegal parking, noise ordinance violations, or criminal activities should be reported directly to the Police Department by calling (850) 233-5000 for non-emergencies or 911 for emergencies.

This information is also available under the How Do I? tab. Click on "Connect with Panama City Beach."
