Of the 4,504 people living in Laguna Beach in 2019, 48.1 percent (2,167) were women and 51.9 percent (2,337) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Panama City Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 1,460-to-1,233. In the 65 and over age range, there were 621 females and 687 males.
