City of Panama issued the following announcement on Feb.3.
Panama City Beach City Hall and the Water Department in the Public Services building have adjusted their office hours to match other City offices. The City Hall, Utilities, Building & Planning and Public Works departments are now open from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Establishing core hours of operation can help us better serve the public.
