City of Panama issued the following announcement.
During the week of January 27, the ticket office at Russell-Fields City Pier will be under construction. During this time, there will be free admission to the pier between 7 a.m.-midnight, and the City Pier will be closed from midnight-7 a.m. We apologize for the inconvenience.
