Dr. Neal Dunn, U.S. Congressman representing Florida’s 2nd district since 2017, shared updates on his official Twitter account regarding public safety initiatives and local college football events.
On August 29, 2025, Dr. Dunn posted about efforts to improve emergency telecommunications in rural areas of his district: “As we work to reauthorize FirstNet and extend emergency telecommunications to more rural areas in FL-02, my team is meeting with first responders to better understand their needs. Neal Dunn has served as the congressional representative for Florida’s 2nd District since replacing Gwen Graham in 2017. He previously held office in the Florida House of Representatives and holds a BS from Washington and Lee University. Born in Boston in 1953, Dunn currently resides in Panama City.
